Midfielding is a collaboration between Noel & Midfield General (Damian Harris) from 2000 on Skint Records.. MG, who wanted a surreal story to go over his music, approached Noel after seeing him on telly and he recorded some of his stories.. There is an alternative version called Barry The Moth which was done for a Radio 1 session on Midfield Generals myspace page... The video was made by Ste McGregor who is also known as Kidda.

Noel was raised in the forests by Bryan Ferry. Here he is, fresh from the Jungle gym to regale you with his horticultural exploits.
Noel now lives in The Mighty Boosh, a small estoteric themed pub in Droitwich, with fellow hippies Julian Barratt, his small yet potent brother Mike, a strange offlander know only as Rich Fulcher and some bloke called Dave Brown.
